Due to social distancing restrictions, guests are not allowed to wait in the lobby. Please feel free to wait in your car or outside the premises until you receive a notification to come in. If you need to use the restroom, let me know.
Masks are now required to enter the building and for the duration of your appointment. No mask = No lashes.
All clients must wash or sanitize their hands before the appointment begins.
Blankets will not be provided during your service so dress warm or feel free to bring your own.
You are paying for artist time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a service. No refunds will be given for any reason on services or products. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to discuss your concerns and if a fix can be done to address your concerns, it will be done so with a complimentary 30 minute express touch up if it is the fault of application or product.
Any concerns addressed after 72 hours of your last appointment or if you failed to follow the proper aftercare instructions, will be charged at full price for the service.
All appointments need to be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid a Cancellation Fee. If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be charged half the price of the service.
Once you have booked, you fully responsible for changing or cancelling your appointments. A courtesy reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment to ensure that you will have time to reach out.
